Are the Commercial Register and notary fees included in the price?

The HEVEA Invest fee of CHF 69.– covers our complete support. The notary fees (approximately CHF 190.–) and the Commercial Register registration fees (approximately CHF 120.–) are billed separately.

 

 

What documents do I need to provide to start the creation?

You will need to provide a copy of your ID, a recent proof of address, and information about your business (desired trade name, purpose, place of domicile). We guide you step by step.

 

 

Can I later convert my sole proprietorship into an LLC?

Yes, it is entirely possible to convert a sole proprietorship into a company (LLC or SA) later. We also offer specific support for this transition.
