Yes, generally, changes related to governing bodies require a legalized (notarized) signature to be valid before the Commercial Register.

 

Do I need to inform other institutions?

Yes, any change in a governing body must also be communicated to the AVS, VAT (if applicable), banks, and your contractual partners.

 

How long does the modification take?

The preparation of the file takes 24 to 48 hours. Registration with the Commercial Register can take 5 to 10 working days depending on the canton.
