The Swiss administrator service is intended for LLCs, corporations, and foreign branches requiring legal representation in Switzerland. HEVEA Invest provides a director or manager domiciled in Switzerland, registered with the Commercial Register, acting exclusively as a non-executive body.
The client retains full operational management of the company. The mandate does not include any commercial, banking, or administrative management beyond legal obligations.
The fee is CHF 3,000 per year. CHF 500 is paid at the time of online order, representing a deposit of CHF 250 and CHF 250 in administrative fees for contract drafting.
The balance of CHF 2,750 is invoiced after the effective implementation of the administrator. The service is subject to prior validation of the file, and certain activities are excluded.
